Ambuja Steel & Engg Co a wide range of Monel Alloy Circle, which is a copper-bearing Ni – Cr – Mo material with exceptional resistance to sulfuric acid. Nickel-, cobalt-, and iron-base alloy products like Monel 400 Circle may contain, in varying concentration, the following elemental constituents: aluminum, cobalt, chromium, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum, nickel and tungsten. However, these Monel K500 Circle is more sensitive to strain and strain rates than the austenitic stainless steels, and the hot working temperature range is quite narrow. Our Alloy 400 Circle is produced with the highest combination of Chromium, Molybdenum & Tungsten, giving the alloy excellent pitting resistance and crevice corrosion properties. The submerged arc welding process is not preferred because these Alloy K500 Circle is featured with extensive heating of the primary metal and slow weld quenching. Our Inconel 400 Circle is used for chemical and pollution control equipment, organic and mineral acids. With the addition of Copper to the Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum system, these Inconel K500 Circle are resistant to an extensive range of corrosive chemicals, including sulphuric, hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids. The extremes that our Monel UNS N04400 Circle can handle make it an invaluable tool in the chemical processing industry, where oxy-acetylene and submerged-arc welding are not recommended. These Monel UNS N05500 Circle has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and superior resistance to localized corrosion, where further it has short – time and low - temperature heat treatments that minimize warpage and scaling.
